This book is both large (260mm x 340mm, 132pp) and heavy (1.7kg). Not an old library book.

Inside signed by his Beatitude Monsignor Makarios, President of the Republic of Cyprus at time of printing, all pages with full edge gilt in near fine condition. Blue solander case in very good condition with some rubbing to edges. A beautiful copy of this deluxe edition. This is a heavy book and may cost more in postage depending on service required.
