Slim hardcover in brown cloth with gilt titling on the spine and Vancouver Fire Department insignia in gilt on the front cover. Over 200 b&w photos. Dust jacket tattered at the heel and corners. Small closed tear. Faded at the spine. Unclipped and essentially complete. Author's signature on title page, but there is also a gift inscription in another hand. Otherwise only minor wear. Binding square and firm.
