Florida apparently got started 50 years later than the rest of the country, but surprisingly, alot of the relatives of the founding fathers found their way down to beautiful Florida. Signed and inscribed on front free endpaper to long time friends of the author. Book is clean and tight, white pages with no tanning or dark spots. Dust Jacket is clean and has no nicks or tears and has been covered with a mylar sleeve. 144 pages, loads of b&w photos, acknowledgements, notes, bibliography and index. A very attractive copy--and I can pop it in the mail to you tomorrow.

Thomas Jefferson’s grandson was Tallahassee’s first reform mayor. Alexander Hamilton, Jr., ran for delegate to Congress in territorial Florida’s first full-term election, but lost.
