Presentation inscription to Lily Kavanagh (1897-1988), drama teacher in Perth (WA), from Gladys Shem. Gladys was the daughter of Harold Shem, a prominent Chinese trader in Perth (Harold Fee Fun Shem, 1895-1975). From the library of Lily Kavanagh. Gladys graduated in 1937, the year of publication. Good condition. Collection of thirty-three Chinese plays, illustrated with b&w photographs of actors in costume. 1st Edition. Cloth Boards.
