Five "authorized" versions of the quatrains are included. This "Classics Club" book club edition with fancy calligraphy at beginnings of versions, and black & white facsimiles from the Bodleian manuscript of Omar Khayyám. Edited, with introduction and glossary by Gordon S. Haight. --- In full greenish-tan linen cloth, with red topstain and titling & decorations in gilt on red cover & spine blocks. UsedGood. READ: There is no slipcase. The book actually has a dust jacket protecting the beautiful cover, which is in great shape - clean with no damage. Pages are super clean and binding is tight. Nice copy.
