Signed by Former Owner and his wife on FFEP. Name in cursive on bottom front cover and printed on spine. A special book. Backside has some scuffs along the edge and stains at bottom. Some wear to corners and bottom edges. Bumped along back spine and end caps. Second foldout is creased at bottom and hangs out the bottom of the book about a quarter inch. The back of the book has discoloration most likely from papers stuffed in. All were removed except for the one shown which is included.
