The Society dates back to the 15th century, and the officers were authorized to produce royal manuscripts with the King of Scotland's seal, The Signet. Includes three frontis-pieces [one hand colored], one chromolithographed Dedication leaf, and one folding map, which is reinforced at edges and folds. The covers are in fair condition lacking some sections or pieces of the spine coverings, the interiors are in very good condition.
