The boards are clean and straight, but do show some scuffing along all edges, and some moderate bumping to the corners and especially to the top and bottom of spine. Small split at top of rear panel gutter, approximately 1/2 in. The spine is solid and firm. Interior text block has a 4 in tear near the gutter of the last page, and some crayon markings to the title page. Text block is otherwise straight and firmly attached to the spine, and free of markings. Illustrator: Melcher, Bertha Corbett. Size: 12mo - over 6? in - 7? in tall. Year: 1929.
