Illustrated with a Gallery of Authentic Portraits, and Illustrations After Wilkie, Duncan, Faed, Harvey, Bough, and Others. Profusely illustrated besides, and also includes the musical notation for every song. No date, but ca. 1890's. Vol. 1, the front cover is badly darkened and spotted with tiny dots all around the top and side edges of that cover, and is faded; 119 pages. Some scuffing to leather at corners and crown and foot of spines; some occasional signs of sunning to covers, and some occasional mild soiling and scratching to covers. Volume 2 front hinge split and backstrip detached from spine (with fep and first blank loose but present); vol 2 cover still in one piece and holding to rear hinge.
