(mm. 204x147), p. pergam. antica, dorso a cordoni con tit. oro, cc.nn. 154, frontespizio con tit. in caratteri gotici e grande vignetta oblunga xilografata. Vi è rappresentato un trionfo di donne famose, di evidente ispirazione al “Polifilo”, con Lucrezia come sua eroina (”Lucrecia Perusina” i.e. Lucrezia Baglioni Vitelli cui il traduttore dedica l'edizione). Precedono il testo (in grandi caratteri tondi) la dedica del traduttore ed un Proemio. Al verso dell'ultima c. "Stampado in Venetia per maistro Zuanne de Trino: chimato (sic) Tacuino: del anno de la nativita de Christo. m.d.vi. adi. vi. de marzo (1506): regnante linclito Principe Leonardo Lauredano". Il volume è magnificamente illustrato da 105 piccole figure xilografate nel testo (alcune ripetute) con ritratti di donna a figura intera, ambientate in vari tipi di paesaggi, ed ornato da grandi iniziali su fondo nero.
