Exterior shows minor edge and corner wear/bumps as well as some scuffing and soiling. Internal binding is good and text pages are tight, no hinge issues, no signatures or bookplates, no library markings present pages are tone due to age some very minor smudge marks are present. This heavy-duty library style binding contains both volume 1 (189 pages, 1925 copyright) and volume 2 (183 pages, 1927 copyright) plus the cover for each volume. Only issues found in book is on the front end page which has some browning along the edges and a spot near the upper right corner where there is some loss to the finish of the paper which was caused by a post-it note. Please note: this is a large and heavy book, non-US sales or priority mail option will likely require additional postage.
