In good minus blue boards, white titles to front and spine. The boards are loose from the page block at the front; a little marked; spine ends and corners bumped and frayed. Fairly clean end papers; name and address of previous owner on front paste down. The centre of the front end papers show webbing at the tail and top ends. Tanned cut edges. The text block is firm and flat; Prelims and end page lightly foxed. With 16 lovely engravings by C.F. Tunnicliffe. Good plus condition. Without jacket.
