A collection of articles from various literary periodicals.Loosely inserted is an Autograph Letter Signed by the author, on his Eastbourne headed writing paper and dated Dec. 9th [1973]: about 90 words to a Miss Pearson, who seems to have been involved in the education of Connolly's daughter Cressida, and largely regarding forthcoming exams (''I suppose, since Cressida will be less than one month over 13 when she takes the examination one couldn't get her off the German paper?''). This is among the last pieces of his correspondence as he died the following year.Letter: folded once; very good. Book:near fine in very good, slightly nicked dustwrapper a bit tanned at the spine.
