Two octavo volumes (23.75cm); printed paper-covered boards and paisley cloth back strips, with title labels mounted to spines; publisher's original acetate dustjackets; [12],13-169,[7]; [8],9-218,[6]pp. Both volumes have an original holograph poem by Corman tipped in on a preliminary leaf.
