Pages evenly, subtly age-toned and with one 2mm tear affecting 6 leaves, blind stamp and rubber-stamped price code from" R.H. Macy and Co." on rear free endpaper and rear pastedown, very good in a very good dustwrapper with a few small chips and small closed tears, small stain in mid-spine. A humorous war novel written by the most famous American minstrel show performer Charles Mack and eventually became the basis for the 1930 film *Anybody's War*. The duo "Moran and Mack" or "The Two Black Crows" as they were famously called performed their stereotypical black-face routines on broadway and radio shows.
