New Y: Metropolitan Museum of Art 1st US edition in 12 volumes each with colour prints in wallets at the start of each volume, folio, paper covered boards with onlaid illustration to fr board of each volume; paper-covered boards were never really a good idea with their susceptibility to wear and rubbing, this however is an exception to the rule being in pretty good shape, certainly VG Copy; not so easy to find complete. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good. Folio - over 12" - 15" tall.

The Metropolitan Museum of Art, 1958. Portfolios contain pocket to front with prints. Spines worn, particularly to foot where several volumes have tears, portfolio 5 in particular has 2" loss to foot of spine. Otherwise a clean and bright set, contents sound.. Hard. Good. Folio.

1960. Hardcover. Twelve books. Get the whole series with one purchase. Each contains a folder full of color prints. Prints are generally in excellent condition. Interior of books are all very nice, but cover spines show some fading due to sunlight exposure. A few volumes show a bit of physical wear to spines as well. Bindings of some volumes feels a little loose. Total weight 19 pounds.
