Original 1943 edition with yellow cloth cover and brown lettering published by the International Readers League, 949pp. Fully functional, cover rather nice, but only "good" condition due to a number of defects mostly due to an exposure to moisture that has caused dampstain on page edges byt only slightly (barely visible) on cover; rear free endpaper adhered to inside of cover and was separated with only minor damage; last 10 or so pages moderately rippled. Also, missing the front free endpaper; interior of hinges split but covers loosely held by cloth mesh.
