Autobiography of Aimee Semple McPherson (1890-1944), the evangelical speaker and founder of the Foursquare Church, best known for pioneering the use of mass media, specifically radio, to broadcast her sermons. The present memoir includes McPherson's supposed kidnapping in Mexico, an event heavily called into question by contemporary media, who conjectured that McPherson and her lover had cooked up the story to cover up their liaison.
