Photographs by Tamotsu Yato; Introduction by Yukio Mishima; Essay by Hitoshi Tamari; Edited by Keizo Aizawa. 4to. Frontispiece photograph. x, 75 pp. Bound in black and in brown cloths with Japanese character boldly stamped in black front cover. Profusely illustrated with black and white photographs. Translated from the original Japanese, with slight adaptations to make them clear to the Western reader, by M. Weatherby and Paul T. Konya. INSCRIBED in English by Mishima: "To Yutaka (Kosaihira) with the best wishes of Yukio Mishima April 69." Kosaihira is one of the bodybuilders photographed in the volume. This is a fine book in a price clipped very good plus DJ with several small edge chips/tears top. Mishima's signature has become very scarce on the market in recent years.. Inscribed by Author(s). 1st Edition. Hardcover. Near Fine/Dust Jacket Included.
