Rivingtons, 1874. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1874. No Edition Remarks. 264 pages. No dust jacket. Green cloth with gilt decoration. Contains black and white illustrations throughout. Pages are moderately foxed, but text remains clear. Binding is firm. Previous owner's inscription to half title page, with price inscription to reverse side of front free endpaper. Mild marking to some pages throughout; text is not obscured. Boards have light shelf-wear, with minor corner bumping and minimal scuffing to edges. Spine is slightly tanned, with mild crushing to ends. Gilt remains bright. Moderate rubbing and scuffing overall, with small visible marks also. Book has a noticeable forward lean.
