About This Item
Houghton Mifflin, 1904. Numbered. Hardcover. Very Good. Seventeen volumes 8vo in brown cloth, paper spine labels, pages untrimmed. Very Good or better: all bindings tight and square, corners and spine ends bumped but not rubbed, a few very light scuffs to the cloth and spine labels. Volumes I - XV are dated 1904 - 1908; Volumes XVI and XVII are dated 1913. All are numbered 366 of 750 sets. In Volume I, a clipped Burroughs signature is tipped in at the half title, and the page the limitation is signed by Burroughs and Houghton Mifflin. A rather attractive set overall.
