Stage Plays written by Georg Buchner. "Woyzeck", a play about a poor man who was executed for killing his wife, was left unfinished at his death in 1837 at age 23 and finished posthumously by several persons. This play is still dominant in German theater. " Leonce und Lena", 1836, is often considered a comedy but is really a satire. In yellow wraps with black print. which is clean and umarked with light creasing down front, light wear to spine. There is very small writing in pencil on front endpapers and CR page and pencil writing in margins and underlining. No soilng, no creases. 64 pages. 3.75 x 6 inches. 1973, Philipp Reclam Jun., Stuttgart, Germany.
