Good. 610 p., clean and unmarked anywhere on strong paper though somewhat age-toned; red edges; frontis. engraving of Beatrix is chipped, however, detached from cracked gutter and its tissue guard has a tear; many engravings within on paper much stronger and less aged than the end pages. Rear end pages also detached but text block is firm and attached to green boards with gilt lettering and decoration. These boards are bumped at corners, and there are closed tears across spine panel.
