Bound in original publisher's decorative green and white cloth boards. 22 full-page plates after Walter Crane, including frontispiece and half-title. Numerous decorative vignettes throughout, also after Crane. Ex Libris Muriel Po, bookplate to front pastedown endpaper. Some fading to spine, light rubbing to boards. Occasional scattered foxing throughout. A good example overall.

Robert Frew has been trading in antiquarian books since 1975, starting out from an open market in Camden Lock, followed by shops in Primrose Hill, in Great Russell Street by the British Museum, Maddox Street Mayfair and now on the borders of South Kensington and Knightsbridge.
