Originally published in 1924, this copy a reprint of the 1936 revised edition with the addition of a frontispiece by artist Robin Armstrong.
Hardback - quarter leather binding with gilt title and decoration to spine and a gilt device to front board, in a slipcase. Sewn-in ribbon page-marker. pp xii, [2], 210, plus b/w plate and a colour frontispiece. Size: 9.5 x 6.5 inches approx. (240mm x 160mm).
Slipcase showing some light shelf wear and bumped to upper corner. Front board of book lightly knocked to upper corner.
Nonetheless, remaining a nice, clean copy.
