A naturalist's account of the modern shore-whaling industry, of whales and their habits, and of hunting experiences in various parts of the world, later edition, illustrated with vintage black and white photographs. Book is at least Very Good Plus, light Coast Guard stamp on the bottom edge, very clean publisher's blue ribbed cloth with bright gilt titles to spine, light corner wear, fantastic bookplate of Captain Frederick Zeusler on front paste down, 333 pages, text is Fine, Octavo: 8.75 inches by 5.75 inches in width. A very clean and presentable book. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall.
