Bound in black cloth (faded spine titles) with barely bumped/worn corners. Pictorial end-papers; front free end-paper has a tiny p.o. ink name. Nine beautiful full N.C. Wyeth color plates, all present. Very mild age-toning to margins - does not detract. A tight and clean copy. NO Jacket. Top edge of closed pages are tinted brown by publisher. A fabulous Scribner classic. 413 pages.
