Murray, Undersecretary of the Department of Commerce for Transportation from 1953-1955 "in appreciation of his outstanding public service" and dated Dec. 17, 1954. Straight, tight and clean with no markings, slight spine-end and corner wear, spine titles worn, a few tiny spots to rear cover.
