SIGNED Presentation copy (in Welsh) from the Author to the late, often outspoken Welsh Historian and Writer Roscoe Howells. In Grey shiny 'leather-look' boards with bright gilt titling to the spine and front cover. The cover has one small indent on the very front edge, o/w is VG/NF. In the original publisher's dustjacket which has some light (foxing) spots and a lightly sunned spine/edges. Two small nicks on upper edge of the dustjacket spine, but the dustjacket is now in a new protective clear - removable - bookfilm plastic cover and looks near very good. The page fore-edges have some light foxing (light yellowy spotting) o/w internally FINE. Pages bright, very clean, sound, in very good condition with all text clear. Pink, black printed Map endpapers and SIGNED and dedicated to Roscoe Howells in biro by the Author under the half-title. (xv) + (3 photo illustrations) + 246 pp + (8) pp. Illustrated with b/w photo facsimileTitles/Pages/, etc. 4 Appendices.
