Yale University Press, 1976, xx, 404p, bib, index, photos. Good copy in dust jacket. Inscribed copy from Flannery to Prof. Don Wilmeth, with his blind stamp on the title page. Inscription, on the front free endpaper reads: "With fratitude for introducing me to Rhode Island, Jim Flannery, February 29, 1977". Wilmeth was a professor at Brown University in Rhode Island. Laid in are two newspaper reviews of the book. Wilmeth left one between pages in the bib, with some offsetting. $18.50
