Embossed decorative charcoal boards with stamped label on the spine. Spine sunned and previous owner's bookmark front paste-down end-paper, else, Very Good - a nice copy in a Fair only Slipcase with rubbing and some small holes near the upper spine, but not completely through the boards., and sunned/faded along the extremities. Hard Cover.

Synopsis

The Way of the World premiered in England in 1700, and is considered on of the best Restoration comedies written. The play follows two lovers, their quest to marry, and the myriad characters and relationships which stand in their way.
