Hard bound, beige-tan cloth, 8vo, Three sections bound in one volume with the first titled Quality of the Surface Waters of Oregon by Walton Van Winkle (1914), 137pp in length, and including an index. Spine description is bright gilt lettering on red, olive green, and black spine labels. Library bookplate and stamp to front endpapers. A very good copy. 570 grams. Comprises 63rd Congress 2d Session, House Documents Vol. 91, which also includes: Water Analyses from the Laboratory of the United States Geological Survey, tabulated by F.W. Clarke, Chief Chemist, which is 40pp in length; and Ground Water in Southeastern Nevada by Everett Carpenter (Washington Government Printing Office, 1915), which is 86pp, illustrated, and with fold-out maps.
