About This Item

Galago. Alberton 2001 1st edition.. A Fine copy in matching dustwrapper.. Dark green cloth boards. 600pp illustrated colour & b/w photos. 8vo. Covers Mike Hoare's abortive Seychelles coup attempt; behind-the-scenes cooperation of the SADF with Inkatha & the Witdoekies; and right-wing organisations such as Eugene Terre'Blanche's AWB and General Constand Viljoen's Afrikaner Volksfront. Much of the book relies on oral testimony, and it is the second volume of author's "South Africa Secret Warfare" trilogy, with THE SILENT WAR and THE COVERT WAR being the matching volumes.
