Smith & Co, 253pp, blindstamped illustration in black and gold on frontt cover, same on back but no coloring. Formerly owned by a library with the usual marks although no marks on spine; cover illustration stlll attractive though cover is moderately worn with rather heavy hear at top and bottom of spline, cover lightly soiled. Front endpaper split at hinge, FFEP missing, frontispiece illustration separated from binding; a small age spot on a few page otherwise text clean and unmarked. ** We are a small family business selling fine new and pre-owned books online since 1999.
