The author prefers the term Vintage People over Senior Citizens as he deals with patients of varying ages some of whom have been more successful in aging the others. This book's chapters all relate to the qualities he sees in patients might be just chronologically gifted and others who at finding and developing the characteristics that keep a person young not matter what their age. A clean very presentable copy.
