London: William Heinemann, 1906. Limited large paper edition (hardback). 4to (28cm by 23cm), viii, 305pp. 55 colour plates by Rene Binet, each protected by a tissue guard. Original full white vellum, gilt titling to the front board and the spine, top edge gilt. There is some bowling and light spotting of the boards, light browning of the endpapers, and the rear inner hinge has cracked (and has been repaired). Overall, this book is in good condition. Limited to 100 copies, of which this is copy number 19, signed by the illustrator on the limitation page.
