Bound in red cloth, with gilt titles to spine, this 1952 hardcover is VG, without dust jacket. xii/192pp, collection of over a hundred recipes from almond soup, to hysterical water, to sparrows' brains and crane. Spine is slightly faded, and rubbed top and bottom, with a half inch tear to the surface of the cloth at the top; corners bunped, top right mostly. Owners name in ink on FFEP, some foxing on title page, otherwise internally VG. . Very Good. Hardcover. First Edition. 1952.
