Cracking along hinges, as usual. Some cracking to boards. An unrestored copy. Signed flat on the limitation page by Johnson, number 124/300 copies. Additionally inscribed on the dedication page: "To Michael Cohen Who helped make these years productive ones - from his friend Lyndon B. Johnson". With a calling card from Mr. and Mrs, Lyndion Baines Johnson and a handwritten 'Merry Christmas' in red ink above. LA consignment. Shelved case 3. Sheldon S.
