Illustrated red cloth w/gilt lettering to front cover/spine, top edge gilt, 265 pages + six pages of advertisements promoting other Appleton titles. Moderate wear to corners/spine ends, lightly soiled cloth, sun-darkened spine (lettering still legible), a couple of moderately shaken signatures..
