New York: The Sun Dial Press, 1940. 2nd American. Very Good. Bound in green cloth over boards, no dust jacket. Circular design on spine with author, title, and publisher in label. Long fore edge deckled; top edge stained green, slightly faded. Some spots and discoloartion to covers, bumped corners, light fraying at bottom edges, a few marginal spots, text is clear.
Synopsis
Uncle Fred in the Springtime is a novel by P.G. Wodehouse, first published in the United States on August 18 1939 by Doubleday Doran, New York, and in the United Kingdom on August 25 1939 by Herbert Jenkins, London. It is set at the idyllic Blandings Castle, home of Clarence, Earl of Emsworth, the fifth full-length novel to be set there.
