D. Voss inside front cover, his tiny ink numeral inside back cover (Dutch-Canadian silhouette artist and graphic designer Hans-Detlev Voss still lived and worked in The Netherlands during the 1930s/1940s; this is his personal copy acquired from his estate), text pages very clean and unmarked.
