Philadelphia, PA: American Sunday School Union. Hardcover. Good. 16mo - over 5¾ - 6¾" tall. Small hardcover, marbled boards with paper label on spine. Small annotation written on front pastedown. No other handwriting or bookplates noted. Minor foxing noted throughout. Binding good overall but hinge is starting to pull in the back. This was part of a collection of early American Sunday School Union publications all published before 1835. This edition does not show a copyright or publication date but was listed in the 1835 publication "The Descriptive Catalogue of Books, and Other Publications, of the American Sunday School Union". Assumed publication date of 1828-1834 based on other books of the exact same binding in the collection. See photos for condition description. At the time of listing we had eight different titles, all from the same series and published by the American Sunday School Union.
