Augurn: Alden, Beardsley & Co., 1856. 368 pages. Cloth covers with gilt stamped lettering/decoration. Gilt on cover is very faded, and corners are rubbed and show a little wear at corners. Top hinge (internal) is broke, though text block remains tight and well attached to covers. Penciled and ink stamped names on blank front free end leaf. Same ink stamped name is seen in the lower margin of the last page of text. Just a little scattered and light foxing, mostly on first few leaves. Good working/reading copy.. First Edition. Cloth - Hardcover. Fair/No Dust Jacket.
