Philadelphia, Pa: Henry C. Lea, 1868. Book. Very Good. Calf. 3rd Edition. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Third Edition, Thoroughly Revised. Full brown calf with three raised bands, black title label with gilt lettering to the spine. This copy is VG. Exterior is moderately worn , but label is rich as is gilt.Still attractive , like an old leather coat. Inside has a faint pencil PO initials to the FEP. Otherwise unmarked, modestly toned , modest damp staining to page edges, not affecting text. Hinge starting between pp. 48-49, but holding nicely. 32 pp . ads to the rear. .
