Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Illustrated black cloth over boards, 300 pages, illustrated with several plates. Originally published in 1850 by J. Munsell in Albany, NY. Foxing on edges of text block, previous owner's bookplate on front paste-down.
