London: George Newnes, 1966 A near fine copy of the first edition. Green papered boards, pictorial endpapers and other b&w illstns by Michael Whittlesea. Tight and square, just light foxing in the fore edges and faint toning in the endpapers. The dust jacket is price clipped, slightest of rubbing to the corners, unfaded, protected in a removable clear film sleeve.
