Book has faded front cover at lower strip of brigh orange cloth covers, one very slightly bumped corner, back endpapers foxed, otherwise very clean, bright. Binding is solid and square, covers have sharp corners, exterior shows no other blemishes, text/interior is clean and free of marking of any kind. Dust jacket shows fading at spine, edgewear, general scuffing. no tears. Marked ""First Published 1968"" on publisher's page, signed by author on title page. 575 pages of text with very detailed illustrations throughout, about 30 pages of b&w photos at back. Contents include: The loom, shuttles, temples, rug forks or beaters, yarn winder, warp and weft yarns, weaving the heading, joining wefts, darnign int he weft, one shuttle techniques, two shuttle, conplensated inlay, tapestry techniques, weft looping, weft chining, soumak, etc.
