London: G. Bell and Sons, 1916. First Edition. Hardcover. Very good. 151 pp, indexed and illustrated, in publisher's green cloth. No dust jacket. Lower corners lightly bumped, evidence of bookplate removed from front pastedown, a few stray pencil marks at margins, but overall an nice copy. Contains six essays, one on Leonardo da Vinci, the others all related to fifteenth-century Venetian painting.
