Clean and bright; no owners' marks or bookplates; a few very small scratches in the gilding on the head and heel edges of the page block and very light shelfwear on the bottom edges of the boards with tiny spots of rubbing at the free corners of the cover, otherwise excellent. xiv, 343pp. Full navy leather, gilt titles and decoration with cover designed by Frank Mayo, bound-in ribbon marker, decorative endpapers, all page edges gilded.
