The Japs were tough but they were the easiest fight. The British he thought poorly of, the Chinese soldiers were fine when trained, but Chiang was a problem, and Chenault and the Air Corps thought infantry were obsolete until the Japs destroyed their fields. And Theodore White was fired by Luce for agreeing with the General. Stock# 30,160. Vg/ dj vg.
